Harry Potter fans all over the world have long dreamed about getting to study at the famous Hogwarts, and now they finally get a chance to. Kind of.
For about $340, you can stay at the Czocha castle in Poland, where you get a four-day experience of the College of Wizardry.
Once you arrive, you take the role of a student, where you not only get to partake in extracuriculars, but you also take a range of classes such as Defense Against the Dark Arts, Healing, Magizoologism (working with magical animals), and the study of “Unspeakables.”
Students are encouraged to create drama within the castle during the stay, whether it's a bitter rivalry such as the one between Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter, or a lifelong lasting friendship such as the ones between the brave Gryffindors.
Speaking of Gryffindors, unfortunately you don’t get to be sorted into the famous houses that you know and love. However, students are sorted into 5 unique houses: Durentius, Fauss, Molin, and Sendivogius.
The Polish organization Liveform and Denmark’s Rollespilsfabrikken joined forces to create this magical world. They said the first semester sold out in 2 days and has now become a global interest.
The next semester begins April 16th 2015, but is unfortunately sold out. If you wish to be a part of the waiting pool, you can register here. Maybe Hermione will write you an excellent letter of recommendation to move you up in line.
